waxed
So I was ripping things out of magazine like I'm always doing...when I came across the below advertisement for waxed denim jeans. I had to have them and pinned them up on my board to stare at until I found my own pair. I checked out Nordstroms...only to discover that they were $350. Sad face. However, Lauren told me that Zara had similar waxed denim pants for $79 - hello. Last Sunday when I was in Manhattan...I GOT THEM in black. Now if I could only find them in that luggage brown color... The end.
I also got this from Topshop...I like really, really large neckwear.

found it.
This past weekend, I travelled to Charleston to locate my wedding dress - which was successfully accomplished. It was stressful, but I knew what I wanted. I had so much fun with my mom and sisters - who made the day quite special. I ended up with a pretty Monique Lhiullier number from an adorable bridal boutique called Maddison Row. Happy camper.

I am all about a dark, cozy color palette for my home...but lately I've found myself pulling more and more white rooms. It must be the OCD girl in me because these rooms just look so clean and breezy. Wouldn't you love to have those clock windows or a window with a view of your living room from the kitchen?

24 hours
Leaving today for an exact 24 hour trip up to the city that has my heart: NYC. My dad occasionally flies there on business and occasionally will invite me to join him. Occasionally. Last year...my feet were on Manhattan soil for approximately 6 hours before we headed back to Nashville. This trip is a tiny bit longer so hopefully I can get my H&M/Zara/Topshop fix - in addition to hanging with my bestie, Matty Mosshart. We'll probably hit some pool balls around. See you all tomorrow :)
